Web Modules

Ulysses Web modules allow customers to log and track their calls and specialists to have remote web access to their tasks/jobs.

Ulysses Customer Web
Customers can view the latest status of their calls and a list of requests allocated against them. It enables customers to log requests from any location at any time and view a history of their open and closed calls.
Customers can search by call number, reference, contact or date and are able to rate the level of service received once the task has been completed.

Ulysses Specialist Web
The Ulysses Specialist Web module allows field specialists to track and manage work orders/jobs. The Specialist can log into Ulysses from any web enabled device in order to view scheduled customer jobs and update them. Specialists have the ability to view a history of jobs carried out for each customer or equipment and assign costs for parts, travel and labour.

Facilities Web Module
Staff can efficiently manage and report on facility service requirements, enabling staff to log, track and manage work orders and support requests from a web browser.

Complaints Web Module
Allows all tasks and requests to be logged and viewed regardless of location, giving the complete history of a complaint or query, including due date and time.
