QMS Software is currently looking to appoint a few Value Added Resellers in England, Scotland and Wales so that their sales activities can begin in January 2009. These VAR’s may be looking for a new line of business. The Ulysses CRM Suite includes Service Management, Helpdesk, Change Management, Contract Management, Sales & Marketing Management, Complaint Management and Facilities Management. Also included are many Crystal Reports, Microsoft Workflow Engine and a powerful, non-programming Customisation Engine for use by Professional Services staff. All purchasers receive these capabilities and it is sold based only on the number of named or concurrent users. There are also some additional modules for specific requirements, e.g. Pocket Ulysses, a powerful PDA-based software system for engineers.

Ulysses is a modern Microsoft based system and uses a single SQL Server database. Ulysses has been designed for relatively quick implementation by Professional Services staff in the range of five to twenty days for the total project. Ulysses is competitively priced and functionally competes successfully with large and mid-range systems in the £15K to £100K, total first year cost, bracket.
Ulysses has sites worldwide in UK, Ireland, Germany, South Africa, Malaysia and the USA.
The Ulysses CRM Suite is targeted at organisations that fall into the following categories:
  • Organisations that employ field service engineers. Typically the Service Divisions of larger equipment suppliers, Computer system integrators, small and medium sized companies that have installation and service contracts with their customers.
  • Business to Business and Consumer to Business complaint handling systems. Typically companies and organisations in Food, Transportation, Local Authorities, Health and Finance.
Users include ABB, Cable & Wireless UK, Delice de France, EDS, OKI Systems, Redstone Technology, Fortis Bank, Mater Hospital, Mazda Europe, Sword Medical, etc.
